So how is everyone faring in this extremely cold winter weather?
My chores with the horses stay the same regardless of the weather, except now I also have to thaw their water tubs!
IT IS COLD TODAY - Low last night was 9.
Well, just thought I'd while away some down time and see what everyone is up to. Hope to see some replies!

I personally was hoping for a big, big snow!! We have a heated birdbath which the birds, raccoons, and squirrels  love.  Might be tough to have heated troughs for horses.  We don't have much snow here in the Ridge but I hear the roads are quite slick.
I have to admit even after 40 years, when the snow starts falling and the radio announcer on WATO says 'No School Tomorrow,' a smile sneeks across my face. Â Now where did I put that old sled?
