Whitaker Lynne Gaissert 2016
My family and I moved to New Orleans in the summer of 1966, just after graduation.  I attended LSU for 3 years before becoming a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines, based out of Miami.
I married Elwyn Gaissert in November of 1970.  He was a Navy pilot and we lived in Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Maine and Florida the first 6 years.  We have 2 grown daughters, Alison Fricks 43, a dediatric nurse and Melanie Braley 40, a stay -at-home mom to our 2 grandsons, Evan 4 and Cameron 8 mos.
We settled in Alpharetta, Ga. in 1978.  Elwyn was a pilot for Northwest Airlines and retired in 2006.  I had several jobs through the years, but most recently retired from managing a hair salon for 10 years.
We travel and spend time with our precious grandsons.
