 Epps, David 4-24-13 April 17. 2009 12:01AM John Epps John Epps, longtime resident of Oak Ridge, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2009, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge surrounded by his family. John retired from the United States Postal Service, as superintendent of mail, after 27 years of service. After retiring and working numerous other jobs, you could always find him on the golf course. He is survived by his devoted wife, Mary Epps; sons, David and Gene Epps; and daughter-in-law, Debbie Epps; grandchildren, Michael and Becky Epps, Richard and Cindy Gallaher; great-grandchildren, Brooke, Jordan, and Zachary Gallaher. He was a member of Heritage Fellowship Church. The family held a private memorial service. Online messages to the family may be left at www.martinoakridgefuneralhome.com.
