 Scarbrough Judy Russell 3-19-14 Judith Anne Russell, 66, of Oak Ridge, and known to many as 'Maw,' passed away on March 19, 2014.Ă‚ Judith was born to parents James and Ovean Scarbrough in Oak Ridge on June 23, 1947.Ă‚ She was a fun-loving person who enjoyed life and the job she held as school bus driver for Daniel Arthur Rehabilitation Center. Preceding her in death were her father, James Scarbrough, who was a police officer in Oak Ridge, and by her mother, Ovean Scarbrough, who drove a bus for Daniel Arthur Rehabilitation Center for over 50 years. Judith is survived by daughters, Allison Russell of Oak Ridge and Melissa Russell-Phillips (Vergil) of Clinton; grandchildren Brian Russell and Kyra Lewis; and great-grandchildren Daniel Hess and Braylen Russell.
