Both of us are retired so long we’ve forgotten what working for others was like … except that jobs around the house are always waiting for guess who. Ms. Patsy volunteers at the Free Medical Clinic.
Bob’s daily dose of meds includes:
1.Seeking a few laughs and smiles for self (& others).
2.Exercise for the mind and body (better to wear away than rust away).
3.Keeping kindness in the heart and the spirit of good music in the ear.
4.Learning something new and then trying to remember it!
5.Telling someone they are special and showing them they are loved.
6.If you travel far and wide, don’t forget the way home. It’s not a bad place!
In times of class reunions (or whenever and wherever you stumble back home), most items on Bob’s list will work for you, but No. 5 is a sure must! Take care. Hope to see you there.
