6-2006 I moved from Nashville to Georgia a few years after graduation from David Lipscomb University with a degree in Home Economics. I have been in the Atlanta area for about 30 years. After staying home with my children for several years, I felt like I needed to return to school to upgrade my education. I went to West Georgia College for a degree in Computer Science. I worked at Norfolk Southern (the railroad) for 15 years as a computer programmer, then took an early retirement. I am presently a keyboarding (typing) teacher in the elementary schools in Coweta County, Georgia.
I have two grown boys: Tommy is a glass artist in Chattanooga and Jeremy is a graphic designer in Atlanta. I enjoy running (my knees haven't let me down yet!), hiking and backpacking, gardening and traveling.
