40 years!  It's hard to believe.  As far as a brief bio---this is likely more than anyone could want to know--but, it was fun to recap.  Look forward to reading/hearing others' stories and to seeing everyone!  Cheers to the Class of 1966.

I have one daughter, Katherine Elaine Hendrix (Elaine).  Some of you may have seen her in The Parent Trap (with Dennis Quaid), Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion, Superstar, Inspector Gadget Two and many TV roles and other movies  Her first TV role was as Agent 66 in the Fox network remake of Get Smart (She was, of course, named for our grad class!)  She's single and living in Los Angeles.  Her dad, Tom, and I divorced when she was young but she enjoys an Excellent relationship with both of us!

My significant other (for almost 29 years) is Bill Wooten, who is joining me for the reunion.  Bill has two sons, Eric and Corby, each in their mid-30's, married with 2 children.  Bill's grandchildren call me 'Grand Mary'.  Cory joined the Army National Guard after 9/11 and his Company was just activated for a 19 month assignment which involves 12 months in the Middle East.

You may recall the Robert and Rosemary DePersio family totaled 10!  Sadly, my parents and brother, Bobby, are deceased.  My 3 sisters and 3 brothers have a total of 18 children--ranging in age from 2 years(Kenny's class of 67 !!) to 26.  I enjoy keeping up with all of them.  Through the years, as we all settled in various parts of the Country, I've been lucky to be able to visit everyone fairly often.  Until 2004 (for 16  1/2 yrs.), my family also included Jazzie, a blond Cocker Spaniel.

I've enjoyed 20 years of work in various positions with ACT, Inc. (Yes, it's the ACT test we all likely took back in 1965.)  I don't write the test- just do marketing and professional development.  My current position is Director of Post secondary Services for the East Region 20 states and D.C.).  I have a Masters in Guidance and Counseling from UT Knoxville and spent almost 12 years as Director of Student Financial Aid at Walters State Community College in Morristown, TN prior to joining ACT in 1986.

While work keeps me 'in the air' and 'on the road'- it allows me to visit many places and to add personal adventures on occasion.  Some especially memorable trips:  With Elaine-driving cross-country (US) in the early 90's; visiting Canada, including this fall to see her movie in the Toronto Film Festival and Australia in 2000 to watch her film Inspector Gadget.  If you see it look for my bit part as a 'socialite'!  With Bill-to Berlin, Germany about two years after the fall of the Berlin Wall.  Amazing!!  We also were hosted in a private home in Moscow, Russia in the early 90's.  Also amazing!  This was a reciprocal visit to a young woman, Olga, who I hosted as part on the Friendship Force program

I golf when possible and still enjoy sporting events (go Vols!) and being active.  While not a runner I've walked-jogged the Atlanta Peachtree Road Race 3 times.  My prize each time the T-shirt!
