 Oak Ridge High School Class of 1966 - Latest News 06-28-2008 - Jim Hodnett attends B B Bell's (Class of '65) Retirement Ceremony! I was fortunate to be invited and attend the dinner, ceremony and reception of General B.B. Bell's retirement from the Army June 8 & 9, 2008 at Ft Knox, KY. He was the second highest ranking officer in the Army and my best friend when I was a Junior at ORHS and he was a Senior. We stayed friends throughout college at UTC and still are best friends. He and his wife, Katie, are moving to Ooltewah, TN. I sang the "Tennessee Waltz", a cappella solo, at the dinner. Are you surprised? The whole ceremony was really a blast! Return to Latest News |
