 Oak Ridge High School Class of 1966 - Latest News 01-22-2011 - Sandra Yates - deceased In the Atlanta Journal, there was an obituary article for Sandra Lea Yates Bashore - She died on Saturday, January 8, 2011 from complications of early onset dementia that mysteriously struck her in 2004. She was born on October 22, 1948 in Chattanooga, Tn, but grew up in Oak Ridge, Tn. and graduated from Oak Ridge High School in 1966. She is survived by her husband, Marc Bashore, her mother Brita Yates of Knoxville,TN and three brothers; George Yates of Chestnut Ridge, NY; Randy Yates, Clinton, TN; and Rolf Yates of Knoxville, TN.
