 Oak Ridge High School Class of 1966 - Latest News 03-03-2011 - Village People & Ricky Skaggs to Headline Secret City Fest Y...M...C...A...! Village People & Ricky Skaggs OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — A 1970s and '80s party band and a country music and bluegrass legend will provide the entertainment at this year's Secret City Festival in Oak Ridge. Festival organizers announced the entertainment line-up Wednesday morning. The Village People will perform many of their hits, like 'YMCA' and 'In the Navy' during their concert on Friday night, June 17. The entertainment will shift to country and bluegrass on Saturday, June 18, when Ricky Skaggs and his band Kentucky Thunder come to Oak Ridge.
