Pages: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Pam (Babb) Gable - 08-05-2010 Just finished reading comments over the last 9 months from classmates.  I read the names and see the faces of when we were all so young and so funny.  Never thought life would catch up with us, but alas, it has.  Very saddened to see some of our classmates are no longer with us.  The list was too long.  Ron (Gable '65) and I are retired and living in a lake community east of Atlanta, Ga. We enjoy golf and Ron is an avid bass fisherman and we love the water.  Traveling some and visiting our children.  Our two daughters live in Tennessee.  Our oldest daughter is in Nashville and has two young sons - and they are just the most perfect grandchildren God has blessed this earth with.  Our youngest daughter is in Knoxville with her husband going to grad school.  They will finish in December 2010.  Hopefully, they will not move too far from us.  I look forward to seeing all of you at our next reunion.  It is amazing to return and have the comfort zone with your classmates.  I envy those of you that have kept in close contact over the past 44 years.  Probably should have gone to UT instead of going to a girls school in Carolin after leaving ETSU!  Hope each of you are doing well and that you are blessed right out of your socks! Unger - 07-16-2010 Still working for wages (engineer) in Knoxville, married 35 years, Kathy (Holston HS), 2 sons & 1 daughter, 5 grandbabies all in Knoxville as are brothers Diehl and Mike. Spend my time on lake & boat. Jane Ann Jett Wheeler - 07-14-2010 Still feeling the glow of the class of '65 reunion this past weekend--our 45th (cough, cough).  Word of your great website was spread, which explains all the greetings from our class.  Many of us hope to follow your example. I've lived in Nashville for 43 years and have no family left in OR.  The town has changed significantly since my last visit but the folks are still just as nice.  Kenny Campbell (class of '63) and I have 2 wonderful daughters, even though he and I have different spouses now! One of our girls practices law with her dad, and the other has given us 2 delightful grandchildren. I've had 2 careers: interior design for 20 years and legal assistant on Music Row for the past 17.  My husband Don and I have traveled all over the world and enjoy sharing all our children and grandchildren. Married, one daughter.  I worked as a CPA/Controller for 30+ years in Business.  Now doing 'Dream Job' of Business Manager for a large, West Knoxville Church Joanna Oxendine Belcher - 07-11-2010 Class of '65. Married 42 1/2 years.  Have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.  Live in Maryville.  Work for the Blount County Government for 14 years. Gene Edmundson - 07-11-2010 Class of '65. Work as controller for a Health Club since 1990, prior work the Naval Audit Service and the resturant industry, lived in California since 1970-1st San Diego, now Los Angeles.  Realy enjoyed meeting up with everyone for the 45th--looking forward to the 50th David Stoetzel and Sara Thursby Stoetzel - 07-11-2010 Both '65.
